An experiment in lighting and shading in Cinema 4D. In this piece I attempt to emulate the "accidental" by allowing a certain amount of overexposure into the scene, a technique that I read was employed by The Lego Movie lighters in order to make it seem like the scene was filmed with a physical camera. Made in Cinema 4D and composited in After Effects.
